Develop green products to promote sustainable tableware.
Luzhou Pack has specialized in green tableware for 23 years, producing biodegradable plant fiber products. Our sugar cane pulp tableware consists of 70% sugarcane bagasse and 30% bamboo. This eco-friendly tableware degrades naturally in 90 days, returning to nature as organic fertilizer and completing a green cycle from plants to table to soil.
In 2023, Luzhou Pack fully equipped its facilities with photovoltaic equipment, a clean energy source that generates power without emissions, reducing environmental impact. As a result, the company has ceased using fossil fuels.
Luzhou Pack enhances energy utilization by leveraging the parent company's energy sector and subsidiary services for cogeneration of heat and power. We use an efficient combined heat and power model, where new steam from the boiler is desuperheated to provide superheated steam for production, heating thermal oil to meet production energy needs. This heat exchange system is safe, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly.
